DECOM Amsterdam B.V. approved ship recycling facility

We are very pleased to announce that on October 5th, 2021, DECOM Amsterdam B.V. has been granted the status of an approved ship recycling facility under Regulation (EU) 1257/2013.

At our yard at Sicilieweg 10, we are allowed to receive ships and (drilling) platforms in accordance with the applicable provisions of;  the Hong Kong Convention, the Basel Convention, and the Stockholm Convention.

DECOM Amsterdam aims to become the largest ship recycling facility in Europe, and to approach the recycling of materials up to 99%.
